Using the Expressway:
Take I-94 West. (It turns into Route 41 North.) After the first stoplight, exit
at Route 22/Half Day Road going east (right). Turn north (left) on Green Bay Road. Turn east (right) on Highwood
Avenue. Turn north (left) on Waukegan Avenue. (Waukegan Avenue merges with Sheridan
Road.) Attic Playhouse is on the west (left) side of the street just
beyond the first stop sign. It is above the "Curry Hut" and
"Hoagie Hut" restaurants. The address is 410 Sheridan Road; Highwood, IL 60040.

Using the Tollway:
Take I-294 North (to Milwaukee). Exit at Route 22/Half Day Road going east (right). (You will cross over Route 43/ Waukegan Road and Route 41/ Eden's Expressway). Turn north (left) on Green Bay Road. Turn east (right) on Highwood
Avenue. Turn north (left) on Waukegan Avenue. (Waukegan Avenue merges with Sheridan

Using the Train:
Take the Metra (Union Pacific North) Train Line going from Chicago to
Kenosha. Exit the the train at the Highwood station. Attic Playhouse is on the east side of the train tracks,
bordering on the Highwood train station parking lot. Attic
Playhouse is located above the "Curry Hut" and "Hoagie
Hut" restaurants. The address is 410 Sheridan Road; Highwood, IL 60040. (Please make sure that "Highwood" is a
train stop for the time you wish to travel.)

Using Side Roads:
Attic Playhouse can be accessed by taking Sheridan Road all the way north from Chicago. It is mostly a 2-lane road with many twists and turns, and may be a slow ride.
Attic Playhouse may be accessed faster by taking Green Bay Road, which runs parallel to Sheridan Road.
Go north on Green Bay Road. Turn east (right) on Highwood Avenue. Turn north (left) on Waukegan
Avenue. (Waukegan Avenue merges with Sheridan Road.) Attic Playhouse is on the west
(left) side of the street just beyond the first stop sign. It is above the

From the
North:
Please follow the above instructions going south on any of the above routes, and exiting
at Route 22/ Half Day Road going east (left) as noted.

Parking:
Theatre patrons may park anywhere within our building's parking lot or in the surrounding public parking lot for the train
station (in numbered parking spaces). The Highwood
train station parking lot (located behind the theatre) and all street parking is free after
5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
Do not park in any private lots (examples: Nite 'N Gale, Buffo's,
Walgreen's, etc.) as your car may be towed. Street parking is
most available along Sheridan Road or Lakeview (1/2 block East of
Sheridan). Cars must be moved by 2 a.m.
